After several years in a decrepit and deteriorating haven, the area refugees and the program that serves them have found a new home - right next door. The Sacred Heart Cathedral ministry known as Mary's Place has used the old Holy Rosary rectory on Lexington Ave. for its outreach service to the hundreds of refugees in that area and beyondfor the last few years. When the property was sold to Providence Housing for a transformation to affordable housing, arrangements were made to remodel the closed Holy Rosary Church into a space that accommodates Mary's Place. On Saturday, February 16, with the help of many volunteers, the migration began!
